Regency Motor Group · Insurance repairs for HA0 & HA9
The claim is the part nobody warns you about — the repair is the easy half. Hand both halves to us: we estimate to your insurer's format, chase authorisation, arrange any engineer inspection, and do the work in the building the estimate was written in.

About
A claim has two halves and most garages quietly drop one of them. There is the work itself — dents, panels, paint — and everything wrapped around it: the call to the insurer, the questions their assessor asks, the engineer who checks the estimate is fair, the courtesy-car conversation, the supplement when hidden damage appears behind a buckled panel. Wembley customers hand us both halves at once and go back to their week.
Local jobs tell the same few stories: a boot pushed in on a retail-park exit, a front corner collected at an event-night junction when the whole borough empties towards the stadium, a side swipe at a crossing where a bus and a paintwork disagreed. Non-fault claims run on the third party's insurer's money; fault claims run on yours — either way, our estimate is prepared in the language claims handlers across every major UK insurer assess against, and we field their queries directly rather than making you relay them.
Cost clarity is the other promise: on a proper claim your only cost is your excess, and anything found once panels come off is photographed and re-authorised before it is repaired — never surfaced at invoice stage. And because UK policyholders may nominate their own repairer, the car can come to us regardless of which network your first phone call pointed you at.
Operating as insurance approved accident and body repairers, repairs are carried out to insurer and manufacturer methods, paintwork is covered by a lifetime warranty, and workshop quality runs under ISO 9001 processes — with ISO 27001 governing the claim documents and personal data a repair necessarily moves through.
Our process
Four stages, and at each one you know exactly whose job the current task is: usually ours.
01
Send us what you have — photographs in daylight and the claim reference if the insurer has issued one. We read the damage assessor-style, tell you honestly whether a claim or a private repair makes more sense, and set expectations on time before anything is committed.
02
The estimate is structured the way insurers assess, queries answered by the people who wrote it — not a call centre. If an independent engineer must inspect, we prep the vehicle and host the inspection at the workshop.
03
Method and price are locked at authorisation. If disassembly finds more, photographs go to the insurer and the extra work is re-approved before it proceeds — your costs stay where they were.
04
Finish is inspected under booth lighting, the car is valeted inside and out, and you leave with a written record of what was authorised, what was replaced and what the lifetime paint warranty covers.

Everything insurance, parts, timelines and warranties. Can't find your answer? Our team is one call away.
Yes — assessment happens before authorisation, and we will speak to your insurer with you rather than around you. If the damage is refinishable within the claim, the estimate goes in from assessment; nothing delays your week waiting for a network slot.
