These starting prices come from the same list that powers our booking flow, and they are the same whether the work is billed privately or through an insurance claim. Everything below is repaired inside our own building — no outsourced paint stages, no third-party paperwork for you to chase.
The line most Harrow enquiries start on: fault or non-fault claims, assessments, engineer inspections, done for you.
Key slab marks from supermarket car parks and stone chips picked up on the A40 approach — priced by the centimetre, honestly.
Dents and crease damage across wings, doors and bonnets, refinished with factory colour match.
School-run scuffs and shopping-trolley marks rebuilt, repaired and refinished instead of replaced.
Kerbbed corners from the narrow HA-side roads: refurbs, diamond-cut, straightening and welding.
Bare-metal and classic restorations with structural welding and panel fabrication, quoted after inspection.
About
Harrow drivers come to us for two reasons: the repair quality, and the fact that the whole job is handled by one team in one building. Our accident and body repair work for the HA postcodes runs from Abbey Industrial Estate in Alperton — a 22,000 sq ft facility with twelve bays and four paint booths that has been trading since January 2019. Every stage your car needs, from panel repair to spray-paint finishing, is executed under our own roof by technicians who specialize in accident and body repair work, not a Monday customer service desk with a subcontractor somewhere behind it.
Most vehicles arriving from Harrow are here after an incident, not a vanity project: a non-fault rear-end shunt on the Harrow roads, a wing creased in a multi-storey, a deep key scratch across a door, a bumper cracked on a boundary wall. That is why our Harrow copy — and our process — leads with the insurance workflow. You hand over the claim, we deal with assessment, photographs, engineer inspection if the insurer wants one, authorisation and then the repair itself; you are updated at each stage in plain words rather than industry jargon.
It is a straight run south for Harrow customers — the workshop sits a short drive out along the Wembley and Sudbury axis, with parking on site when you drop off, and there is a courtesy car subject to availability and eligibility for claim-backed jobs. If you would rather not drive it, send the damage over as photos first: we will tell you whether the car is fine to bring in.
As insurance approved accident and body repairers, we comply with insurer repair methods and work directly with every major UK insurer — your policy lets you pick the repairer, so the car can come to us whichever company covers it. Workshop quality is managed under ISO 9001 processes, and ISO 27001 covers how we safeguard the claim documents, ID copies and contact details a repair touches. Paint work carries a lifetime warranty.
Our process
This is the route most Harrow jobs follow. A private repair skips the insurer gates and starts at step two — the workshop stages are identical either way.
01
Call, WhatsApp or book online with photos and, if you have one, your claim number. We log the job and come back with an initial read of the damage and a realistic timescale before anything is committed.
02
We prepare the estimate, send it to your insurer and deal with their queries directly, including arranging an independent engineer's inspection where the insurer requires one. You do not sit on hold to a claims line.
03
Once the insurer has authorised the repair — or you have approved a private quote — the price is fixed. Any further damage found on stripping is photographed and re-authorised before it is touched, never charged silently.
04
The repair runs through our bays: dents out or panels in, rust or weld work if the corrosion needs cutting out, then into the spray booth for primer, colour and lacquer, matched to the car's factory paint code.
05
The finished car goes through a quality inspection under booth lighting, is cleaned inside and out, and is handed back with everything you left with. We keep you informed at every stage rather than vanishing for a fortnight.

Yes. UK policyholders have the right to choose their own insurance-approved repairer regardless of which insurer holds the policy. If an insurer's call centre pushes a network repairer, tell them you are appointing Regency Motor Group in Alperton — we take the vehicle on, contact the insurer with the estimate and progress the claim from there.
