Repairs, priced before you commit

Every line below is a starting price from the same price list the booking flow uses, and every quote we send is fixed against it. If the damage turns out to need less than you feared, the quote drops — it never creeps.

Scratch & Cosmetic Repairs

Kerb-side scuffs, car-park stone chips and key scratches that need colour, not a new panel.

About

About the workshop

Regency Motor Group has run this workshop since January 2019, and Wembley is where our doors open: a 22,000 sq ft factory unit on the Abbey Industrial Estate in Alperton, with twelve bays, four paint booths and every stage of a car body repair carried out on the premises. There is no sending panels out to a third-party paint shop and hoping the colour comes back right — a refinisher who works the booth every day owns the match, and that is the difference between a repair you point out and one you forget.

Around Wembley, most of what comes through the door is ordinary damage, not drama: scuffed corners from the retail parks, kerbed alloys picked up parking near the stadium, stone chips on windowsill-height paint after a motorway season, and commuter dings where cars sit nose to tail. We treat those jobs with the same preparation discipline as insurance work — masked feather-edge, panel wipe, then colour — because a small repair done lazily is the one you see every time you wash the car.

Being a few hundred metres from both Alperton and Hanger Lane stations makes the workshop easy to reach without a car for the day, which matters when the job is a two-day repair. Drop the car, take the Piccadilly line, and we call with photographs as each stage finishes rather than a single call at the end.

We work directly with all major UK insurers and our repairs are insurance approved and warranty approved — the same approved repair methods whether the work is private or claim-funded. The workshop operates to ISO 9001 quality-management processes, and ISO 27001 governs how the insurer and claims documentation we hold on your behalf is stored and handled. Every refinish carries a lifetime paint warranty.

Our process

How a repair runs here

The same workflow whether the car arrives with one scratch or an insurance claim behind it. You are told where your car stands at each gate, and no step is skipped because the job is small.

01

Photos to fixed quote

Send photos — WhatsApp, booking form, in person — and we price the damage against the published price list. The quote is fixed: no additional chargeable work happens without your authorisation first.

02

Drop-off at Alperton

Book a slot that suits you. We check the car in with you, walk the damage together and confirm the repair method on the spot, then either you take the train home or we discuss a courtesy car.

03

On the lift, in the booth

Dents come out or panels go on; calipers, mirrors and skirts are prepped with the panel if the job touches them. Paint is mixed to the factory code, sprayed in one of four booths and lacquered the same day it goes in.

04

Quality gate, not a wash

Before anything is signed off, the repaired area is inspected under workshop lighting against the surrounding panels — colour, texture, line and finish — and the car is cleaned and handed back valeted.

COMMON
QUESTIONS.

Everything insurance, parts, timelines and warranties. Can't find your answer? Our team is one call away.

Yes — we repair fault and non-fault accident damage as an insurance-approved bodyshop, working directly with all major UK insurers. You give us your insurer and claim number; we handle estimates, engineer inspections if the insurer requires one, authorisation and completion. UK policyholders can choose their own repairer, so a vehicle insured anywhere can still be repaired here.
